As the most populous island and often considered the origin of Phpenye heritage, Henya is packed with history and culture. Sun City in the very south has grown into somewhat of a metropolis, being the largest city in Heken and serving as the central hub for all the islands.
Not far from Sun City is an area of canyons similar to those found around Haqah, so if Henya is your only stop, make sure to head northwest and explore while you're there!
Solars are diverse groups of people, and the broad culture is somewhat categorized with three main regions. Those in the south are often touted as the smart, innovative types, especially those living and doing business in Sun City. But despite the hustle and bustle, the Phpenye have a very strong communal culture and are very helpful to one another, particularly noticeable in the midland settlements like City of Joy and Rainbow City. Those in the north are quieter and more reserved, though the ever-growing diversity in Yellowsand is easing that up quite a bit.

Partially built into Henya's canyons, New Town is the second largest city on Henya, and the third largest in Heken after Stone City on Haqah.
Originally an offshoot of what is now called Old Town, its advantageous position on the western coast of the island has caused it to far outpace its predecessor. Despite the name, though, New Town is a very historic center for Solar people, holding records of Phpenye heritage prior to expansion to nearby lands. Be sure to check out some of their coastal boating museums!

Home to the famous Shrine of the Sun, Old Town is sometimes referred to by its historic name Damaae, which likely meant something like "open tree", referring to the clearing in which it was built!
Compared to its younger sibling, visitors say Old Town has far more of that rustic, authentic feel. They're far scrappier, more traditional, and still rather reverent to their renowned shrine. We suggest staying with a local guide to get the best experience!

Unsurprisingly, Rainbow City is known for its frequent rainbows, particularly visible from the coast! Be sure to head over in the summer for maximum chances of getting to witness one.
Locals of Rainbow City are certainly proud of it ; stroll along the main boardwalk and you're bound to come across knickknacks, paintings, and all kinds of memorabilia for sale.

Tucked deep within the jungles and not far from the mighty northern mountain range, the City of Joy has a reputation of being somewhat of a sleeping giant. Its quiet atmosphere, relatively low tourism, and untouched natural sights make it the perfect place for those who want to take a trip off the beaten path!

Where the Village River splits and meets a steep cliff by a beach painted from coral sediment, you have Yellowsand ; A natural wonder too beautiful to not want to live by! Thousands of people visit this town, which is quickly growing as more and more settle in the area. This makes Yellowsand a unique blend of diverse cultures of not only Phpenye, but also increasingly of people groups throughout the whole multiverse!

A bit of the oddball, the City of Four Days is much more culturally connected to its Saturnian and Jovian neighbors than it is to the rest of Henya. As such, its people are generally more secluded and are less receptive to tourists. Be sure to talk to our agents if you're looking to visit here, and we can book a reservation with Daehna, our local guide!
While the exact reasoning behind the name of the city is unknown, it is suspected to have come from the long, treacherous journey that sailors faced getting there through the Corridor.
